personal information when you download our
software from our website, and when you
purchase and register our software. When you
register we ask for information such as your

zip code, and credit card billing

the full benefits of registration including technical
support and upgrade eligibility.
We use your
credit card billing information only to obtain
payment for our software.

GleanerSoft
automatically receives and records information
on our server logs from your browser,

and the page you request. GleanerSoft uses
information for the following general purpose:
to customize the advertising and content you
see, fulfill your request for products and
services, improve our services, contact you,
conduct research, and provide anonymous
reporting for internal and external clients.

Children

registration from a child under age 13 directly.
When children under age 13 attempt to download
and register our software, we ask that they ask
their parent or guardian for permission
and have their parents register for them. We
don't intentionally maintain information about
anyone under age 13. We will not contact
children under age 13 about special offers or
for marketing purposes without a parent's
permission.
